The study aims to analyze the communication strategy carried out by Matrix in marketing latest product Set Top Box present digital television broadcasts. method used this is a descriptive using qualitative approach. results of show that organizational occurs matrix team diagonal formally and informally. Members can provide input or response instructions given directly, market products. Researchers collect data through observation, interviews documentation. This done directly from participants research objects. Observations are conducted participating organization obtaining valid data. In exchanging messages, members often communicate diagonally exchange ideas make good concepts, carrying right promote brand. showed also advertised CPAS Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada on Instagram Facebook social media. use media direct users visit Official Store marketplace. Evaluation improve system organization, including an assessment effectiveness advertising turnover sales.
